Return Policy

Defective media may be returned only within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning discs or tapes you must contact us for a return authorization number. Please note the chapter and time index where the defect occurs. Objection to contents, image quality, or functionality of special features does not justify a return. If a replacement disc or tape is unavailable you will receive store credit towards a future purchase.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning discs. We will pay for shipping the replacement back to you. You may return sealed products within 30 days from date of purchase for full credit minus shipping and handling charges. Discs must be in their original shrink-wrap and free of any signs of wear or damage. After 30 days all returns will be considered as used trade-ins and valued accordingly.
